The hotel boasts excellent comfort and spacious rooms with interesting design, just like the pictures. The attentive staff members, including Kaila, the South African girl at reception, and the manager who greeted me at check-in, made my stay a dream. The service is top-notch, especially with Lucy, our sweet and efficient housekeeper, ensuring a clean and mosquito-free room daily. However, some areas lacked attentiveness, with occasional issues reaching the reception or room service.
